Service Package for College Students Includes:

Comprehensive Preventative Care: Annual physical exams and health assessments to maintain overall wellness.
Chronic Disease Management: Ongoing care for conditions such as cardiovascular issues, diabetes, asthma, anxiety, depression, IBD/Celiac, and ADD/ADHD.
Sports and College Physicals: Required for athletic participation or college admissions.
Women’s Health Services: Includes breast exams, pap/bimanual exams, reproductive health management, and STI/STD testing and treatment.
Sick Visits: Convenient care for illnesses or injuries, reducing the need for urgent care.
Post-Hospitalization Follow-Up: Care and planning after hospital stays.
Specialist Referrals and Care Coordination: Efficient management of referrals and coordination with specialists and other primary care providers.

Additional In-Office Services (With Extra Fee):

Suturing and wound care

Mole or skin tag removal

Skin biopsy and pathology

PAP/HPV pathology

Fee Schedule:

$300 per Semester: Full-time college students (regardless of age).
$150 Summer Semester: For students attending summer classes or staying locally.
